Anita’s mother is sick. So she is planning to go back to Peru early. She is thinking about 06/15. I know you won’t be able to come before she leaves. Can we push your arrival date earlier? I check the arrival schedule. I think there is Jul 7 and Jul 21. I am not sure about Jul 7, it might be just for EduCare. How about Jul 21? Does that sound reasonable for you?

During July, Aug, Michelle is off from school. She just has summer camp in next town Summit from 9-1. And I will be home during July and Aug for my maternity leave. At end of Aug, we will have one week beach vacation which you are welcome to come with us if you prefer.

I know this is a big change. And I really appreciate if you can consider. It will be great to have another person to help me with everything. Also I added you to my IM. So if you want to IM me, that will be fine. Normally I am online during day time. (I use IM most for work).

For me no problem. Tomorrow I will try to call my agencie and ask about the visa. Maybe I will need to change the date and the papers too. But no problem in be on July 21. Tomorrow morning I will on in IM and then we can talk more...

I checked with the local coordinator Stephanie Bias. She informs me that July 7 is also for regular au pair too. So if July 7 is good for you too, please let me know if this is a good time. If you come on Jul 7, you will be in the Connecticut office for about three training days. You will be in our house in Jul 10.

If this is ok for you, then I will tell Stephanie Bias so she can work with placement coordinator to change your schedule.

I really appreciate your understanding. I am sure you will have a good time with us just like Anita does. It is very sad that she is leaving. But we understand that family comes first.
